Important Payment Reminders

• Always bring your premium notice when making a payment.
• Cash or check payment is accepted.
• The validated slip is your official proof of payment.
• Official receipts will be mailed within 30 days.

Online & OTC Payment Options

Payment via PhilLife Offices

Visit any of our branches and pay via:

Bayad Center

• Fill out the Transaction/Payment Form with name, policy number, and amount.
• Submit with premium notice. No payment without it.
• Get your validated copy as proof.

Bank Over-the-Counter Payments

1. UnionBank

• Fill out bills payment form and present with premium notice.

2. Metrobank

• Use 2 payment slips:
  • Merchant: PhilLife Financial
    1st Copy – Bank; 2nd Copy – Client

3. Asia United Bank (AUB)

Use VTK (Virtual Teller Kiosk)

Steps:

• Choose “Payment”
• Select “PHILLIFE FINANCIAL ASSURANCE”
• Input the following:
  • 8-digit Policy #
  • Policy Owner Name
  • Nature of Payment
  • Amount

Advisory:

To clients who paid through direct deposits to bank accounts of Philippine Life Financial Assurance Corporation – Please submit a clear scanned copy of the validated deposit slip to [email protected] for our verification and for proper acknowledgement. For your next payments, please pay through the accredited collection banks/payment centers of PhilLife Financial.
