A minimum of 10 members is typically required to qualify for a group insurance plan. However, PhilLife also offers extra small and small group coverage plans for organizations with fewer members.

Policyholders can enhance their coverage with riders such as accidental death and disability, total and permanent disability, hospital daily income, dengue rider, terminal illness, and burial benefit rider.

The Group Critical Illness Plan provides financial assistance if a member is diagnosed with any of the 45 covered critical illnesses, including cancer, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, and coronary artery bypass surgery.

Yes. Coverage can be tailored based on uniform coverage, monthly basic salary, or employee rank or position, ensuring equitable and relevant benefits for each group.

Premiums are determined based on several factors, including group size, average age, benefit structure, and coverage amount. PhilLife also offers pre-computed packages for faster setup and approval.

Dependents may be included, subject to company policy and PhilLife’s underwriting guidelines. Employers may also choose to extend certain benefits to family members.

Interested organizations can coordinate with a PhilLife representative to discuss requirements, submit a list of members, and determine the appropriate package. Once approved, coverage takes effect upon payment of the initial premium.
