  • Fill out the Transaction/Payment Form with name, policy number, and amount.
  • Submit with premium notice. No payment without it.
  • Get your validated copy as proof.

      • Fill out bills payment form and present with premium notice.
    2. Metrobank
      • Use 2 payment slips:
        Merchant: PhilLife Financial
        1st Copy – Bank; 2nd Copy – Client
    3. Asia United Bank (AUB)
      • Use VTK (Virtual Teller Kiosk)
      • Steps:
        • Choose "Payment"
        • Select "PHILLIFE FINANCIAL ASSURANCE"
        • Input the following:
          • 8-digit Policy #
          • Policy Owner Name
          • Nature of Payment
          • Amount
