Position Summary:
The Corporate Financial Executive (CFE) is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting of the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving profitability, ensuring long-term financial health, and supporting strategic business decisions. The CFE collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, risk management, and long-term financial goals.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.

Analyze financial statements and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.

Monitor cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Lead financial reporting and communicate key insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial standpoint.

Partner with business units to support financial decision-making and drive performance metrics.

Manage and mentor finance teams, promoting professional development and high performance.

Engage with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions to maintain strong financial partnerships.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

8–12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial management.

Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis.

Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

High proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
