Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Credit & Collection Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the credit and collection process for clients in the designated regions (3, 4, and 5). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in handling credit accounts. You will ensure timely collections and help maintain a positive relationship with clients while mitigating financial risk for the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably Business or Financial-related course)
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications
- Good attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
