You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support business growth and drive performance across the agency network.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience as ARO/Recruitment Officer.
- Experience in Insurance Sales or Activation is a plus.
